I had a frustrating experience during my stay. While the location was great, right by the beach, the condition of the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were more tolerable than the common areas, but I encountered bugs and an unpleasant odor. Service was lacking, which made matters worse. Dining options were not up to par either, making it a less than ideal trip overall.

The rooms were in better condition than the shared spaces, but I still found bugs crawling around and a lingering smell that was very off-putting. Rating: 5/10

Service was not ideal. I felt that staff could have been more attentive. They seemed a bit overwhelmed and unprofessional at times. Rating: 4/10

Location

The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, which was a big plus. I appreciated that it wasn't too crowded, making it a nice escape. Rating: 8/10

The dining experience was lacking because breakfast options were limited, and the food wasn't ready on time, which left me disappointed. Rating: 5/10

Facilities

Facilities need significant upgrades; the common areas were visibly dirty and neglected. The atmosphere could be improved greatly. Rating: 3/10
